Safe Driving Course

Enroll in Faulkner's Driving School's Safe Driving Course, offering individuals cited with moving violations an opportunity to showcase their commitment to road safety. While completion doesn't guarantee a reduced charge, the 4-hour classroom course equips you with essential tools and skills to become a safer driver, potentially aiding your attorney in securing the best possible outcome.

  • Limited Learner Permit

    • Limited Learner Permit allows for supervised driving from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. for the first 6 months.
    • Must be 15 to 17 years old
    • Must have completed a Drivers Education Course and have received a Driving Education Certificate and a Driver’s Eligibility Certificate
  • Limited Provisional License

    • Unsupervised driving from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. and to/from work or any volunteer emergency service work. No more than one passenger under the age of 21 unless other household members present.
    • Must be 16 to 17 years old
    • Have maintained a limited learner permit for 12 months
    • Completed and recorded at least 60 hours of driving Pass an on-the-road test
  • Full provisional license

    • Must be at least 16 years old
    • Maintained a limited provisional license for at least 6 months
    • Completed and recorded at least 12 hours of driving
